Before you write
Where is my order?
Your tracking number is in the dispatch email, and the courier's page is more current than anything we can tell you. If it has genuinely not moved in five working days, write to us and we will chase it.
Can I change my order?
If it has not been packed yet, yes — write to us quickly and say what you would like changed. Once there is a tracking number the parcel has left us, and the fastest route is a free return.
Do you do wholesale or custom capybaras?
Wholesale, yes, from twenty-four units. Custom capybaras for events and weddings, also yes, with a ten-week lead time. Write to us with roughly what you have in mind and we will send the real numbers.
Can I send you a photograph of mine?
Please do. We publish some of them on the home page, and we always ask before we do. Nothing gets posted without a yes.
