1. Overview
This website is operated by Capybara Plush Pals. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Capybara Plush Pals. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose.
3. Products and colours
Every capybara is sewn and stuffed by hand, so small differences in size, seam placement and expression are normal and are part of the charm. We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but your screen may render colours differently.
4. Availability and limits
Some products are made in small runs and are available online only. We may limit quantities per person or per order, and we may discontinue a product at any time. Where a product is described as a blind box, the specific character you receive is chosen at random.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United Arab Emirates dirhams and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and to charge and verify the payment method you provide.
6. Orders and cancellation
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you a shipping confirmation. Before that point you may cancel by email and we will refund you in full.
7. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Age and safety
Our plush toys are suitable for ages 3 and up unless the product page says otherwise. Accessories, bag charms and items with small parts are not intended for children under 3. Please keep packaging away from small children.
9. Care
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from direct sunlight. Machine washing, tumble drying and ironing will damage the fabric and are not covered by any warranty.
10. Intellectual property
Our character designs, illustrations, photographs, logo and written content belong to us. You may share our photographs on social media with credit. You may not use them commercially, resell our designs, or manufacture copies.
11. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. Where information on the site is provided for general reference only, you should not rely on it as your sole basis for a decision.
12. Third party links
Some content and links on this site come from third parties. We are not responsible for their materials, their accuracy, or any harm arising from your dealings with them.
13. Your comments and submissions
If you send us ideas, reviews, photographs or suggestions, we may use, edit and publish them without restriction and without payment. Do not send anything that infringes someone else's rights.
14. Personal information
Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy policy.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
